User Agreement
This user agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") regulates the operation of this website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") and defines the terms of use of the materials and services of the Site.
This Agreement is a public offer in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation. The performance of conclusive actions by individuals or legal entities (hereinafter referred to as the "User") aimed at using the Site is considered unconditional acceptance of this Agreement. The User hereby confirms that acceptance of the Agreement is equivalent to signing and concluding the Agreement on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
Terms of Use of the Site
1. The use of any materials and services of the Site is governed by the norms of the current legislation of the Russian Federation. The materials and services of the Site are intended solely for use for lawful purposes.
2. The User has the right, at his own discretion, to familiarize himself with the materials of the Site and the services of the Site, to order and purchase goods and/or services offered on the Site.
3. The User agrees to use the Site without violating the property and/or non-property rights of third parties, as well as the prohibitions and restrictions established by applicable law, including without limitation: copyright and related rights, rights to trademarks, service marks and names of places of origin of goods, rights to industrial designs, rights to use images of people, as well as any actions that lead or may lead to disruption of the normal operation of the Site and the Site services, in particular using programs to interfere or attempt to interfere with the normal functioning of the Site.
4. Use of the Site materials without the consent of the copyright holder is not permitted. For the lawful use of the Site materials, the consent of the Site Administrator or the copyright holder of the materials is required.
5. If technically possible, the User has the right to leave comments and other entries on the Site. The User guarantees that the comments or other entries do not violate applicable law, do not contain materials of an illegal, obscene, libelous, defamatory, threatening, pornographic, hostile nature, or containing harassment or signs of racial or ethnic discrimination, calling for actions that may be classified as criminal offenses, as well as considered unacceptable for other reasons, materials promoting the cult of violence and cruelty, materials containing obscene language. The Site Administration is not obliged to conduct preliminary moderation of materials and entries on the Site by Users. The User is solely and fully responsible for the comments and entries on the Site left by the User.
6. The Site Administrator is not responsible for the User's visit and use of external resources, links to which may be contained on the Site. The User follows links contained on the Site to external resources at his own discretion and at his own risk.
7. The User agrees that the Site Administration shall not be liable to the User in connection with any possible or actual losses or damages related to any content of the Site, goods or services available on the Site or received through external sites or resources, or other contacts of the User that he entered into using the information posted on the Site or links to external resources.
8. By providing in any form (registration on the Site, placing orders, subscribing to advertising mailings, etc.) their personal data to the Site Administration, the User expresses consent to the processing of personal data by the Site Administration in accordance with the Federal Law “On Personal Data” dated 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ. The processing of the User’s personal data is regulated by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the Privacy Policy of the Site.
9. The Site Administrator has the right to unilaterally change the content of the Site at any time, without any notification to the User, as well as change the terms of this Agreement. Such changes shall come into force from the moment the new version of the Agreement is posted on this page. The current version of the Agreement is always located on this page. In order to avoid disputes regarding changes to the Agreement, the Site Administrator recommends periodically reviewing the contents of the Agreement located on this page. If the User does not agree with the changes made, he/she is obliged to stop using the Site.
10. The Site Administrator has the right to unilaterally restrict the User's access to the Site if it is reasonably believed that the User is engaged in illegal activities. In addition, the administrator has the right to delete the Users' materials at the request of authorized government bodies or interested parties if these materials violate applicable law or the rights of third parties.
11. The Site Administrator and the User are responsible for failure to fulfill or improper fulfillment of their obligations in accordance with the Agreement and the current legislation of the Russian Federation. The Site Administrator is not responsible for technical interruptions in the operation of the Site, however, the Site Administrator undertakes to take all reasonable measures to prevent such interruptions.
12. All possible disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
13. All data posted or being posted on this Site is located on equipment located on the territory of the Russian Federation.
14. The Administrator has the right to terminate the operation of the Site, as well as partially or completely terminate access to the Site until the completion of the necessary technical maintenance and (or) modernization of the Site.
15. By taking actions to accept this Agreement (offer), the User guarantees that he/she has read, agrees, fully and unconditionally accepts all the terms of the Agreement as a whole, and undertakes to comply with them.
